- At the moment, the price is $790 for 4 pages and a blog. The one-page version is $190 and a DIY template for $79, but you will need to know how to use the WordPress editor for this option.
- We personalise the template with your business details, images, text, links, and colours within the included scope. Additional changes outside that scope can be quoted separately.
Yes.
We’ll work with to connect your domain name to your website, at no extra charge. If you need a new domain name, we can help. There is an option for this on the order form further down the page.
This package includes 4 pages + a blog, but you can choose a 1 page version of this website to reduce the cost. For adding pages beyond the 4 pages we give you in this package, you have two options.
Add another page yourself. Keep in mind there is a level of knowledge required to create a page in WordPress.
Or we can do this for you for an added cost. This would be a page we fully design for you, adding the content you want.
Please be aware that if you go past 5 pages, the hosting price changes from $30.00 to $40 per month for between 6 and 10 pages and $50 per month for 11-20 pages.
With the 4 page + a blog option, you can create as many blog pages as you like and we have a video to show you how to create new blog posts.
Local SEO, ensures your business stands out in local searches.
- Brand name searches: We include basic SEO, so when someone searches for your business by name in your town, your website appears in search results. This can take some weeks to appear.
- Local SEO for Services: Sometimes your primary service will be picked from the basic SEO optimisation we include. It depends on how competitive your niche is on the web. We would have to quote you separate if you want to be ranked for one of your other services using Local SEO.
- Google Business Profile: by adding a link to your website on your GBP, you may see an improvement in the position of your listing. There are some other things we can do once you have a website to improve your GBP and its rank.
- Pay Per Click Google Advertising (PPC): Is Google’s paid search advertising. You pay a nominated amount when someone clicks your ad, which takes them to your website. Unlike most advertising, you only pay if someone clicks your ad. This can be limited by the budget you set. Once you have a website, you’ll be able to start a PPC campaign. If this is something you would be interested in, please let us know. We can have a PPC campaign setup for you in 7 to 10 working days.
In short, Local SEO is a medium term strategy, but one that is worth the effort, as you get qualified leads over a long period.
You will need to use our hosting provider for options 1 and 2 shown further down the page.
- Hosting for up to 5 pages + a blog: $30 per month.
- Hosting for 6 to 10 pages + a blog: $40.00 per month.
- Hosting costs for 11 to 20 pages + a blog: $50.00 per month.
It is a pre-requisite for options 1 & 2 to be hosted using our own hosting provider, who we have been using for many years and know to be very reliable and we are proficient at using.
Option 3 can be hosted using your own hosting service.
Dealing with a hosting provider other than our own would require us to dedicate time originally allocated for website modifications to familiarise ourselves with their hosting service, which would cause additional charges, which we avoid by using our own hosting.
We also check your site once a week to make sure software updates to the website are happening smoothly and there are no security issues.
We are always available to help you with anything you need done on your website. Our service rate is $75 per hour (Min of 30 mins) and we always provide you with an estimate of the total cost before we begin any work.
As mentioned, the time it will take to get the website up and running for your business is dramatically reduced with options 1 and 2 as the template is already structured and ready to be personalised.
This is the process:
- Once your order is placed, we begin personalising the template with your business details, images, text, links, and colours.
- We’ll guide you through reviewing the content and requested changes before launch.
- When everything is approved, we’ll publish the website to your domain or help connect it if needed.
Option 3 is purchased and downloaded by yourself for you to install on your own hosting service. The template is ready to install with the theme and all plugins in place and placeholder content and images. We provide you installation instructions, so within a few clicks this can be installed on your server.

- Copyright Compliance
- The purchaser agrees that any text, images, or other content supplied by them for inclusion on the website is free of any copyright restrictions.
- Customer Path is absolved of any liability related to copyright conflicts or disputes arising from the use of such content.
- Hosting Requirements
- The purchaser agrees to host the 1 Page Personalised Website Template or 4 Page Personalised Website Template with Customer Path. This does not apply to the DIY Website Template.
- If the purchaser moves the website to another hosting provider, they will need to pay for the licenses for any Pro Plugins used on the site. These plugins are currently licensed under Customer Path and are valid only for Customer Path and its customers.
- The purchaser agrees that if they move to a new website hosting provider; they will be responsible for all aspects of the move to the new website host.
- Modification Policy
- The purchaser agrees that any modifications or changes to the website template that exceed the allocated 5 hours for 4 pages + a blog or 2 hours for a 1 page template, must be agreed upon by both Customer Path and the purchaser.
- Additional changes beyond the time allocation will incur additional charges as agreed upon by both parties.
- The time allocated for the changes only applies to text, images, and colours.
- Any plugins or functionality added to the website by the purchaser are the responsibility of the purchaser to maintain.
- Customer Path can quote on any additional pages required beyond those included in the package.
- Hosting Package and Fees
- The purchaser agrees that the hosting package included in this purchase is for websites with 5 pages or fewer (Excludes blog pages). If the website exceeds 5 pages, the hosting price increases to $40.00 per month for 6 to 10 pages and $50.00 per month for 11 to 20 pages.
- The purchaser agrees to pay hosting fees 3 months in advance for the term the website is hosted with Customer Path.
- The purchaser and Customer Path agree the purchaser may move the website to a new hosting provider after the first 3 months, at their cost.
- Email is not included in this hosting package and is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Refund Policy
- The purchaser agrees that the purchase or payments made for the completion of this website are non-refundable.
- Local SEO
- Customer Path will optimise the homepage of the website template to give it the best chance of being listed by Google, so the business can be found when searching for the business name + suburb/town. However, Customer Path cannot be held responsible for Google deciding to not add the website to their index or how Google ranks the website in their listings.
- Content Change Brief Definition
- All website features and functionalities will be clearly defined and agreed upon before the commencement of the project in the Content Change Brief.
- Any additional features or functionalities requested after the agreed Content Change Brief will be considered out of the scope of the Content Change Brief and may incur additional charges.
- Change Requests
- Any change requests that exceed the five hours allocated for text, image, and colour changes for the 4 page + blog template and the 2 hours for the 1 page template must be submitted in writing and will be assessed for feasibility. If accepted, an estimate of the additional time and cost required will be provided to the purchaser for approval before any work begins.
- Content Submission Timeline
- The purchaser agrees to submit all necessary content (text, images, etc.) within a specified timeframe to ensure timely completion of the project. Delays in content submission may cause project delays and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Hosting Support
- Customer Path will provide basic support for hosting-related issues. Any advanced support or troubleshooting that falls outside the standard hosting package will be billed at an hourly rate.
- Backup Responsibility
- Automatic backups of the website are performed by Customer Path every 24 hours.
- Security and Updates
- Customer Path will implement standard security measures and perform regular updates for hosted websites. The purchaser is responsible for any custom security measures or updates to the standard provisions.

- Once a week we login to your website and make sure updates are automatically happening the way they should and there are no security issues.
- We also want you to have control over your own websites content. Once your site is live, you can opt-in for emails guiding you on changing web pages and creating blog posts and checking for enquires.
- We are available during business hours to assist with any issues or questions you may have about your website or digital marketing.
